FSP programs are structured around a clear progression model, built to match the athlete’s age, development stage, and performance demands. Each level follows the same system—assessment, individualized programming, and continuous monitoring—while increasing in complexity, intensity, and specificity.

FSP ATHLETE
PROGRAM OPTIONS
FSP FOUNDATION
Ages 9-11
FSP Foundation introduces young athletes (ages 9–11) to structured training through fundamental movement development, coordination, and basic strength principles. This 3-month program builds the foundation for long-term athletic development by focusing on movement quality, body control, and injury-resistant mechanics.
FSP FLAGSHIP
Ages 12-13
FSP Flagship is designed for athletes ages 12–13 and serves as the transition from general movement training into structured strength and power development. This 6- or 12-month program introduces foundational strength, basic power output, and early-stage performance training.
FSP ACADEMY
Ages 14-18
FSP Academy is the full performance system for athletes ages 14–18. Each athlete completes a comprehensive assessment evaluating force production, asymmetries, and movement efficiency. Training is individualized based on these findings and supported by ongoing monitoring and progression.
FSP ELITE
Coming Summer of 2026
FSP Elite is an invite-only program limited to 8 athletes per year. Entry is based on strict performance benchmarks and assessment results. This program is designed for athletes ready for high-performance training with advanced monitoring and individualized progression.
