STUDENT ATHLETES AGES 12-13.

FSP FLAGSHIP: 6 or 12 Months

FSP Flagship represents the transition phase from movement competency to performance development.

assessment first – ALWAYS

Every FSP athlete begins with a full five-phase athletic assessment. No exceptions. No guesswork before we have your data.

STRUCTURED STRENGTH & POWER

THE TRANSITION

At this stage, athletes begin structured exposure to:

THE FSP SYSTEM

HOW IT WORKS:

Every athlete enters through the same door. What happens after is determined entirely by their own data, not a calendar.

01

Foundational strength training with progressive loading

02

Introduction to power development (jumping, med ball work, acceleration mechanics)

03

Basic velocity intent training (without full VBT implementation)

04

Improved force production and absorption strategies

FROM TECHNIQUE TO STRENGTH

THE SYSTEM

The FSP Flagship program is designed to emphasize developing relative strength, establishing force direction and application, introducing controlled eccentric loading for tendon development, and reinforcing technical consistency under increasing load.

HOW IT WORKS:

Every athlete enters through the same door. What happens after is determined entirely by their own data, not a calendar.

THIS SYSTEM PRIORITIZES:

MOVEMENT PRECISION OVER INTENSITY

GRADUAL EXPOSURE TO HIGHER FORCE OUTPUTS

STRUCTURED PROGRESSION INTO BILATERAL AND UNILATERAL STRENGTH PATTERNS

Since athletes at this age are still developing physically and neurologically, this phase is critical. Poor execution here leads to long-term limitations in force production and injury risk.

START WITH THE ASSESSMENT

Every FSP athlete – regardless of age, sport, or experience – begins with the same five-phase assessment. The only way to build a program designed for your child.
