STRUCTURED TRAINING. INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMS.

NO GUESSWORK.

FSP ADULT TRAINING • BATON ROUGE, LA

Adult training at FSP operates in a focused semi-private environment — a maximum of six clients per session, each following a program built entirely from their own assessment data. The format is shared. The programming is not.

ASSESSMENT REQUIRED – Every client

Every FSP adult client begins with a full athletic assessment before any training begins. This is not a fitness test and not a pass or fail evaluation. It is the data collection process that makes your program accurate from day one.

WHY ADULTS CHOOSE FSP

THE FSP DIFFERENCE

A semi-private environment built around individual data. Every client assessed. Every program unique. Every session coached.

01

SEMI-PRIVATE FORMAT

A maximum of six clients per session. Focused, structured, and coached — without the noise and anonymity of a commercial gym. You train alongside others. Your program belongs only to you.

02

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMMING

Every client follows a program built from their own assessment data — force output, mobility profile, movement quality, and training history. No two FSP clients are on the same program. The data for each person is different.

03

PROFESSIONAL COACHING

Every session is coached by a certified FSP coach. Technique is observed and corrected. Load is monitored. Movement quality is not assumed — it is verified in every session.

04

MEASURABLE PROGRESS

Progress at FSP is not a feeling — it is a number compared against a prior number. Every client is re-tested at defined intervals. Your program adjusts based on what the data shows.

A COACHING SYSTEM. NOT A GYM MEMBERSHIP.

THE FSP DIFFERENCE

FSP adult training is not group fitness with individual names attached. It is a coaching system that happens to run in a semi-private format. Each session runs with a maximum of six clients — every one of them working through their own individually prescribed program, built from their assessment baseline and progressing according to their own data.

If you have trained in commercial gyms, big-box facilities, or general group fitness environments before, FSP will feel different. The environment is quiet, focused, and purposeful. There is no guesswork about what you are doing or why. Every exercise in your program exists because your assessment data indicated it should.

THE DISTINCTION THAT MATTERS

The semi-private format is a delivery mechanism. It is not the programming. Every client in the room is on a different program built from different data. Shared space. Individualized work.

EVERY CLIENT BEGINS WITH AN ASSESSMENT.

WHERE EVERY PROGRAM STARTS

Before your first training session at FSP, you complete a comprehensive athletic assessment. Not a fitness screening. A structured data collection process that tells us exactly what your body does, where your deficiencies are, and what your program needs to address from day one.

PHASE I

MOBILITY & RANGE OF MOTION

Joint-by-joint evaluation of active and passive ROM. Restrictions and bilateral asymmetries identified here inform corrective priorities built into your program from the start. Deficiencies addressed before they limit training output.

PHASE II

STRENGTH & FORCE OUTPUT

Bilateral isometric strength testing using VALD ForceFrame. Peak force production, limb symmetry index, and rate of force development measured across all primary muscle groups. Asymmetries quantified before programming begins.

PHASE III

POWER & MOVEMENT MECHANICS

Bilateral isometric strength testing using VALD ForceFrame. Peak force production, limb symmetry index, and rate of force development measured across all primary muscle groups. Asymmetries quantified before programming begins.

PHASE IV

MOVEMENT QUALITY SCREENING

Fundamental movement patterns evaluated — squat mechanics, hinge mechanics, locomotion patterns, and compensatory strategies identified. Deficiencies addressed in programming before they are reinforced through training volume.

NOT A PASS OR FAIL TEST

There is no score to beat and no standard your results are held against. The assessment exists to make your program accurate — nothing more. Athletes at every fitness level complete the same protocol. What differs is what the data shows, and therefore what the program addresses.

BUILT FROM YOUR DATA. ADJUSTED BY YOUR DATA.

YOUR PROGRAM

No two FSP adult clients are on the same program. This is a direct consequence of how the programs are built — individual assessment data produces individual programming. When you re-test, new data drives new adjustments.

EXERCISE SELECTION

Selected based on what your movement assessment shows your body needs — not based on what is standard for adults in general. Two clients with different mobility profiles are prescribed different exercises.

LOAD PRESCRIPTION

Prescribed based on your force output data — not based on what appears appropriate for your age or appearance. Loads are objective. They come from what the ForceFrame and ForceDecks measured, not from assumption.

PROGRESSION

Determined by what your re-test data shows — not by how many weeks you have been training. Advancement is earned through measurable adaptation. The data tells us when your program should change.

IN-SESSION COACHING

Every FSP adult training session is coached. A certified FSP coach is present in every session — observing your movement, verifying your technique, and adjusting execution when the data or the observation indicates it. You are not handed a program and left to figure it out.

Session preparation structured around your individual program — not a generic warm-up applied to everyone equally regardless of what their body needs.

WARM-UP GUIDANCE

Every primary movement is observed in every session. Load is not added until movement quality at the current load is confirmed by the coach — not assumed.

TECHNIQUE OBSERVATION & CORRECTION

Your program is the target. What happens in the session is always the priority. Load and intensity are adjusted in real time based on how you are moving and recovering on a given day.

REAL-TIME LOAD ADJUSTMENT

Your coach knows your program and your data. That context does not disappear when you leave the facility. Questions between sessions are answered with full knowledge of your individual profile.

THIS IS NOT A GYM.

IT IS A COACHING SYSTEM.

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS BUILT FOR

IS FSP ADULT TRAINING RIGHT FOR YOU?

FSP adult training is designed for adults who want their training structured, coached, and driven by data — not by general fitness conventions about what adults are supposed to do.

THIS IS THE RIGHT FIT IF

You want a program built around your specific body — not a generic adult fitness framework applied to everyone

You have trained before and reached the limits of what uncoached or uncustomized training can produce.

You have limitations, injury history, or movement restrictions that generic programs have failed to account for.

You value being coached, are willing to be corrected, and understand that technique matters more than load.

You want measurable progress — documented, compared against your own baseline, and adjusted when the data says it should be.

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF

You are looking for a drop-in group fitness class with no coaching accountability.

You want to train anonymously without coaching involvement or technique observation.

You are not willing to complete the assessment before beginning training.

You want a program that tells you what you want to hear rather than what your data shows.

IN THEIR OWN WORDS

ADULT CLIENT RESULTS

"I had trained on my own for years and assumed I knew what I was doing. The assessment showed me three significant asymmetries I had no idea existed. The program addressed all three. My numbers six months later were not what I expected — they were better."

ADULT CLIENT

Baton Rouge, LA · Adult Training

"What FSP does differently is that everything has a reason. Every exercise, every load, every progression is connected to something the assessment found. That is not how any other program I have been part of has worked."

ADULT CLIENT

Baton Rouge, LA · Adult Training

"The semi-private format was the right fit. Small enough to be coached properly. Structured enough that I stopped wasting time figuring out what to do. The program is already done. I just have to execute it."
