A PROGRAM BUILT FOR YOUR CHILD.
NOT A TEMPLATE.
FSP STUDENT ATHLETE PROGRAM • AGES 10-18
Every student athlete at FSP receives a full individualized training program – built from their own assessment data, designed around their sport and position, and adjusted continuously as they developed. No group training. No generic plans. No guesswork.
LIMITED AVAILABILITY
FSP operates on a restricted roster model. Every athlete receives direct coaching attention and individualized programming – which means we deliberately limit how many athletes we take on.

FIVE PILLARS OF STUDENT ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT
Program Focus Areas
THE FSP SYSTEM
HOW IT WORKS:
Every athlete enters through the same door. What happens after is determined entirely by their own data, not a calendar.

01
SPORT-SPECIFIC PROGRAMMING
Every program built around the physical demands of your athlete's specific sport and position – not a general fitness template.
02
STRENGTH & POWER DEVELOPMENT
Force production built progressively through individualized load prescription, velocity targets, and phase-specific blocks.
03
SPEED & SPRINT MECHANICS
Acceleration, max velocity, and COD developed through mechanics-first coaching backed by video and timing data.
04
INJURY PREVENTION
Asymmetries, mobility restrictions, and movement deficiencies corrected before they become injuries on the field.
05
YEAR-ROUND PLANNING
Programming adapts to your athlete's competitive calendar – off-season, pre-season, in-season, and post-season.

PROGRAM OPTIONS

FSP FOUNDATION
Ages 9-11
FSP Foundation is a 3-month program introducing athletes ages 9–11 to structured training through movement development, coordination, basic strength, and injury-resistant mechanics.

FSP FLAGSHIP
Ages 12-13
FSP Flagship is a 6- or 12-month program for athletes ages 12–13, transitioning them from general movement training into foundational strength, basic power output, and early-stage performance training.

FSP ACADEMY
Ages 14-18
FSP Academy is a full performance system for athletes ages 14–18, built around a comprehensive assessment of force production, asymmetries, and movement efficiency that drives individualized, monitored training progression.

FSP ELITE
Coming Summer of 2026
FSP Elite is an invite-only program limited to 8 athletes per year, with entry based on strict performance benchmarks, designed for athletes ready for high-performance training with advanced monitoring and individualized progression.
